Sweet November and Socks

I've always wanted to keep this title! =D Yaay!!

Let me start off by saying, November is a very strange time of year. It's the 11th month of the year, and everyone spends November, planning for December [Christmas holidays!].. So I think November probably feels really lonely.. Nothing BIG ever happens in November. You hardly hear of people getting married in November, it's usually, "Oh yes. We've planned for Christmas/Summer/Spring". So yes, I think November for me has been bittersweet.

It's been the starting point for a lot of future events that may hold for my future. Along with that, a lot of renewals have taken place, and hmm. It's been a very FULL month, to keep it brief.

But yes, now comes December. One of the best times of year! Tis The Season To Be Jolly! =D Afterall, Santa comes out at the end of this month.. And moreso, everyone has a chance to make new-years resolutions. Gasp. I can't believe it was just a year ago! Damn! This year has flown by! =|

Hmm, I better start planning my new years wishes already. And you know, make a list of "to-do's" as well.

Moving on from that blab. I have just invented a guide to Socks. Yes, you're fully illustrated version of How to do what with which Sock! =D

Ahem. Let us proceed.

The warm and fuzzy sock

Spectacular for the cold and rainy days. You can cuddle up to your feet and feel all fuzzy. Quite yummy! =D However, make sure you don't run on tiles or floorboarded floors. You will fall. These are absolutely great, just don't wear them for long periods, as your feet will get sweaty, and smell very questionable.


Festive Socks

Christmas is probably the best time to buy socks. You get the cutest designs, and it always has big fluffy teddy's stuck to it! =D Also, very warm and also keep the child/cat entertained.. For hours. Ahem



Funky Socks

Now these aren't your usual socks, no no. They come in all shapes and designs! Some may have bobbles, others may have sequins and so on. These are the best to wear at part-ays, where people can compliment you! But if you're a hermit (like myself =D) They will keep you so entertained, in the middle of the night, when your [imaginary] friends have gone to bed.. =D

Polka Dots Socks

Depending on whether you are into polka dots or not, they are quite.. Interesting. A lot of them are cute, but too many dots gets boring after a while as well. You DO need more than dots on your feet too!



Disney Socks

Now how can you not have these! Disney socks are a *must*! It is advisable to get all disney characters, but if you can't, then Winnie the Pooh is the way to go!



The Patriotic Socks One may think, by owning a pair of socks with the union jack all over it, is pretty sad. But I say otherwise. You must be proud of wearing such gorgeous socks, and make sure you wear shorts with this, so everyone can see them! =D I also say, go with the whole Union Jack look - Get the tee, shorts, knickers and vest! Along with the badge and thimble. And, you musn't forget to hold those big pencils as well! =D




CAT Socks!

Probably my most favourite! They have cats on them, with either furry tails, or googly eyes! =D Also, these are the kind that usually have the funny sayings on them!



Plain Jane Socks The most *yawn* boring kind of socks there are. The plain ones.. People who usually don't care much for socks, wear these.. And are usually boring people anyways. And if you are the kind, I probably don't associate with you anyways.. =D





Knee-High Socks

Very school-girl, and they make you feel really hot. These only suit some people, whilst on others they either look far too big, and on others they tear holes due to the stocky legs. But not one of my favourites, although I do have many! =D



Toe socks!

I lourve these. A bit uncomfy in the beginning, if you're not used to them.. But otherwise, they look so funny and keep all your toes warm. They are like gloves made for the feet - because otherwise they'd feel lonely, whilst the fingers are all all individually covered in hand-gloves. Tsk Tsk, partiality!

So there you have it! My guide to socks! =D Also, a quick tip for Women - when you decide to fall in love/get married/etc etc make sure the man you end up with has wicked socks. Plain white/black/grey socks say a lot about a man. Remember - you want to be with a man who wears socks that say funny things on them, and have characters from the disney world/Mister men/other cartoons. =D
